LinkedIn has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Payroll Operations to lead payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada. Reporting to the Director of Global Payroll Operations, this key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll delivery for approximately 13,000 employees across multiple entities.
As part of the Global Payroll & Employment Tax leadership team, you will manage the full payroll cycle while driving operational excellence through process standardization, remediation, and optimization. You’ll lead a high-performing team, ensure compliance, and elevate employee payroll experience through accuracy, flexibility, and service excellence. You will also oversee and manage cross-functional projects, collaborating with key partners across HR, Finance, Legal, Equity, Benefits, and Technology, etc to deliver solutions that scale with the business.
Success in this role requires a strategic and collaborative mindset, strong payroll expertise, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Equity, Legal, Benefits, and other key stakeholders. You'll play a critical role in scaling and transforming payroll operations in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

The pay range for this role is $130,000 to $211,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
