Navitus is seeking a Project Manager to join their Implementation department. The IPMT will be responsible for managing projects for TPA/employer clients, ensuring a seamless transition and building client trust. The role involves relationship building, documentation, and continuous project monitoring. Navitus is an alternative to traditional PBM models committed to providing affordable medication access.

Requirements

• Prepare and facilitate TPA/employer project kick-offs
• Document project requirements and approvals
• Create and maintain project plans
• Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders
• Provide go-live support
• Facilitate post-implementation reviews
