We are looking for a User Researcher to join our team at appflame, a product IT company. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in conducting user research and will be responsible for scoping and leading studies to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in conducting user research
• Proficient/Advanced/C1 English level
• Extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Background in sociology, psychology, anthropology, or other related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to ask and answer meaningful and impactful questions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
