Clean Energy Services (CES) is seeking a highly capable O&M Lead Technician to serve as the primary on-site Operator representative for large battery energy storage facilities. The technician will operate with significant autonomy and professional accountability, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, responding to system events and emergencies, and producing detailed operational reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on electrical experience in utility-scale power generation, substation operations, high-voltage or medium-voltage environments, battery energy storage systems, or industrial power systems
- Demonstrated troubleshooting capability in power systems
- Experience working with MV (5kV–35kV) systems
- Ability to read single-line diagrams, protection schematics, and OEM manuals
- Valid driver’s license
