We're looking for an Account Manager to join our go-to-market team. As the face of the relationship, you will develop one-off strategies and tactics to ensure the success of our customers on the Stedi platform, with the goal of expanding the relationship and identifying more ways of working together.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for a book of Stedi’s fastest growing customers
- Manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities in Stedi’s CRM
- Bring revenue expansion opportunities from ideation through to execution
- Interface with customers daily
- Proactively surface product and payer-level usage insights
- Collaborate with solutions engineering, payer operations, data analytics, and leadership
