About the role

You will manage client campaigns across Meta and other social platforms. You will recommend strategies to the CEO, execute agreed-upon optimizations, monitor, and report back on results. And will be responsible for achieving clients’ growth and efficiency goals.

What you'll do

Tasks:

  • - Daily pacing and performance checks

  • - Bid & budget optimization

  • - Ad creative analysis and optimization

  • - Audience expansion

  • - Account hygiene

  • - Conversion tracking setup and calibration

  • - Troubleshoot changes in performance

  • - Contribute to forecasting and budgeting exercises

  • - Weekly reporting and analysis

  • - Ad hoc reporting as needed

Qualifications

  • - Proven experience with Meta Ads

  • - Experience with Tiktok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other social channels a plus

  • - Critical thinking

  • - Persuasive writing and use of data

  • - Time and project prioritization

  • - Consistently meet deadlines

  • - Effectively deploying budgets across campaigns and platforms

  • - Proactive with recommendations

  • - Understand statistical significance/confidence levels

  • - Understand and optimize marketing metrics and KPIs

  • - Google Analytics and other MarTech tools

  • - Keep up with current industry trends

  • - Push the envelope with new hypotheses and tests

  • - Familiar with Monday.com, Slack, Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides

  • - Embrace rapid change

Payment

Our goal is simply to find and keep the best people on our team. So we pay competitively and treat you fair.

  • - Typically we pay an hourly fee based on your experience

  • - We’re open to considering fixed monthly fees and even rev-share fee structures

  • - We will collaboratively set task lists weekly, budgets monthly, and strategies quarterly

  • - Expect 5-10 hours per client per week to start, though that can scale

  • - Plan to start with one client and scale up to others with strong performance over time
