Project & Fundraising Manager (Learning) – Maternity cover

Climate KIC is seeking a Project & Fundraising Manager (Learning) to focus on securing funding to strengthen their Climate KIC Academy. This role involves strategy development, fundraising, relationship building, and project management to attract funding for capacity building initiatives within climate change-related learning programs. The role will work closely with Strategic Partnerships and Acquisition teams to integrate fundraising and operational strategy.

Requirements

• Five to ten+ years of experience in business development and fundraising
• Experience in donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Deep understanding of climate change and related economic impacts
