Help at Home is seeking a Caregiver Management Director to oversee caregiver operations across multiple markets. This role focuses on strengthening the caregiver experience, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence. The Director will lead teams, implement strategies for caregiver engagement, and align departmental goals with organizational mission. This is a fully remote position reporting to the Home office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of caregiver needs and best practices
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs
