About the role

Instructor Led Training Technical Support Analysts provide support for the customer training environment and many of its peripheral systems. This includes service desk support, course-enrollment management/assistance and policy clarification, classroom delivery support and more technical support interacting with other components within the customer organization to enhance the learning delivery experience.

What you'll do

  • Support the setup and smooth operation of virtual classrooms, providing participants with secure access, managing breakout activities, and resolving technical hiccups in real time
  • Maintain complete, organized student records—from demographics and contact details to feedback and attendance—and turn that data into rosters, reports, and visual insights leaders can act on
  • Step in confidently when technology interrupts instruction, keeping learners engaged and the session moving until connectivity is restored
  • Partner with faculty to polish course materials, ensure timely availability, upload resources to the right systems, and keep required products, publications, and supplies on hand
  • Welcome each new class with professional orientation packets outlining prerequisites, login steps, travel and lodging guidance, attire expectations, access requirements, parking details, and quick links to course resources
  • Orchestrate logistics for everything from small-group workshops to large-scale, multi-day conferences—making sure schedules, venues, and resources are always in place
  • Keep participants informed through Microsoft Teams, email, and learning platforms, sharing announcements, distributing updated materials, and posting key program information
  • Provide hands-on, friendly tech support to instructors and learners, assisting with AV setup, system access, and navigation of digital training tools before and during every event.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship
  • 2+ years experience supporting instructional development projects for digital learning environments · Experience in support of instructional/learning design
  • Experience using MS365 tools
  • Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow
