As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will take ownership of the full design function within a fast-growing digital solutions environment. This is a foundational role where you’ll define design strategy, establish scalable systems, and create intuitive, impactful user experiences across a diverse product portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance usability, accessibility, and aesthetic quality, while implementing best-in-class design standards. This position offers the opportunity to shape the long-term design vision and ensure consistency across enterprise-level products serving critical industries.
Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from strategy to hands-on execution, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across multiple platforms.
- Conduct product audits to evaluate usability and design effectiveness, providing actionable insights and improvement roadmaps.
- Define and implement scalable design systems and component libraries to drive visual and functional coherence across products.
- Establish and manage design processes, including workflows for requests, reviews, and feedback integration.
- Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are embedded in all design outputs and drive compliance initiatives.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
- Present design concepts and research findings persuasively to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and monitor user engagement metrics to inform continuous improvements.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and competitive benchmarks to maintain a market-leading experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience in B2B or enterprise software, including at least 3 years in a lead or sole design contributor role.
- Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Jira, and Gemini.
- Strong background in conducting product audits and developing comprehensive design strategies and systems.
- Advanced proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user flow creation across web and mobile interfaces.
- Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience supporting A/B testing and quantitative UX research.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions to both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and execute high-impact initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Preferred: Degree in Design, HCI, or related field, relevant UX or accessibility certifications, and experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
