Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales target achievement by working with customers by delivering value selling, creating
    solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process in the assigned territory/area (Hospitals in Hanoi and

North Province)

  • Accelerate sales growth in breadth and depth, focusing on Top Priority Hospitals
    •Build and maintain a good relationship with customers/KOLs and update the customer database
    regularly
    •Plan and execute event activities
    •Monitor competitor activities and analyze market potential in the assigned territory/area
    •Report sales trends, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system (SFDC)
    •Work closely with the distributor’s team to ensure that they are focusing on the same goals
    •Provide primary technical support to customers in the assigned territory/area
    •Develop business with concept selling and a scientific approach
    •Timely update on the tender timeline of assigned territories for supply planning purposes
    •Cooperate with the distributor in bidding quota and during bidding execution.
    Requirements:
    •Bachelor’s degree in biology, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field
    •Has at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales and experience
    handling Hospital business, especially
    •A mature individual with a business development and service mindset, and with strong interpersonal,
    communication, negotiating, and presentation skills
    •Able to work well independently and as a team
    •Has a winning mindset and is persistent in dealing with the customer.
