Project Manager, HDM

GovCIO is seeking a Project Manager/Product Delivery Owner to support its Health Informatics Product line, Health Data Management Sub-Product Line, in the Office of Information Technology at the Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a remote, 8-hour workday position focused on driving value and maximizing the impact of delivery teams through customer-centric planning and continuous improvement. Lean process improvement and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 7-10 years of experience
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Jira
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum)
• Working on a team using Agile methodologies
• Basic understanding of product management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Understanding of VA projects and systems
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
