Reef is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead video production workflows for performance marketing campaigns. The role involves managing end-to-end creative project lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring creative output meets performance standards while maintaining brand consistency. Requirements
- 3+ years managing creative teams in eCommerce, performance marketing, or digital agency environments
- Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp for project management and workflow optimization
- Experience working with video content production teams and understanding creative asset requirements for paid media
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and resource constraints
- Strong background in performance marketing ecosystems (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with marketing strategists, media buyers, and creative teams on campaign deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to lead daily standups, identify project bottlenecks, and implement solutions proactively
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Own laptop or desktop suitable for the role
