We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Manager to help manage and grow our clients’ online presence, primarily on Instagram, with potential expansion to TikTok. This person will handle both content posting and creation, ensure our social media pages stay active and engaging, and support our goal of generating leads and building brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and post content (photos, videos, reels, stories) on Instagram
  • Organize and maintain a content calendar for upcoming posts and campaigns.
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions optimized for engagement and lead generation.
  • Implement relevant hashtags and calls to action.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to keep the community active.
  • Engage with followers and relevant accounts to boost visibility and reach.
  • Track basic performance metrics (views, likes, saves, reach) and share insights to improve results.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts (Instagram required; TikTok a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and content strategy.
  • Experience with content scheduling tools
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to brand voice.
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive with time management.
  • Passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences through social media.
