As the Scheduler you will be responsible for managing the pipeline of inspection projects and
scheduling across multiple inspection sites for multiple verticals.. This role is responsible for
coordinating and optimizing project timelines to ensure timely execution and efficiency in our
operations, and for maintaining the data integrity of our scheduling systems. The successful
candidate will be comfortable working independently, handling complex scheduling challenges,
using data-driven decision-making to optimize processes, and working collaboratively with
cross-functional teams.
The applicant must be able to start work at 4am PHT / 1:30am IST.
Responsibilities:
● Schedule Management:
● Manage the project pipeline for site inspections, ensuring that timelines and
resource allocations align with project requirements and client expectations.
● Produce summaries of sites, assignments and deadlines
● Assist with maintaining upcoming scan list
● Compile missing data requirements for upcoming scans, working with
ambiguous information
● Maintain time estimates and other relevant information for upcoming tasks,
understanding the different types of tasks and how their time estimates may
change over time
● Distribute tasks among sub-teams based on team availability and skillset
distribution
