About the Position:

PlanOmatic is looking for an Account Manager to be responsible for growing and ensuring consistent ordering activity within their book of business comprised of property management clients. The Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to push towards PlanOmatic’s goal of expanding our property management line of business.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, sales-minded, highly organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Department: Sales

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm MST (USA)

Role Structure: This is a remote opportunity based in the United States.

Role Description & Responsibilities |

  • Account Management | Oversee a book of business of ~ 150-250 clients, ensuring consistent ordering activity and account growth. Responsible for achieving targeted pipeline, sales activity, and quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Establish personal relationships with key decision makers within account base.
  • Account Growth | Own and be responsible for the growth of accounts within assigned book of business. This is a sales role, with every day being centered around ensuring we are maximizing the business opportunities within our existing client base. You’ll be focused on determining client business drivers and objectives, allowing us to clearly tie client goals to PlanOmatic’s value. Gross logo retention and net revenue retention will be your main metrics.
  • ROI Demonstration | Create, analyze, and deliver account performance reports to ensure PlanOmatic’s ROI is continuously demonstrated to our clients.
  • Upselling | Identify and close upselling opportunities, including memberships and expanded product offerings.
  • CSM Partnership | Partner with CSM on assigned accounts to ensure you’re working seamlessly on account initiatives, with your role being focused on ordering activity + growth and our CSM’s role being focused on client retention + satisfaction.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration | Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Client Success, Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure you’re knowledgeable on internal processes and the client experience to lead to seamless continuous sales efforts.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration | Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • CRM Utilization | Leverage our CRM (HubSpot) to manage pipeline and increase growth of assigned book of business. Track and manage all outreach, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.. Develop sequences and messaging for strategic engagement.

Qualifications |

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in a sales role (inside or outside sales)
  • Ability to consistently work in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (USA) - hours are 8am - 5pm.
  • A high sense of self-accountability, with a resilient, adaptable, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and proactivity
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to client support.

Interview Process

  • 30-minute call with Head of People
  • Take Home Exercise
  • 1-hour interview with CRO and Head of People

Compensation

The annual starting salary for this position is $60,000 with starting OTE falling around $90,000 with the open opportunity to overachieve. Final offer amounts are commensurate with prior experience, leveling, your specific skill set and may vary from the amount above.
