Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

Accountabilities:

• Apply advanced analytical and technical expertise to solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
• Develop, refine, and maintain dashboards, tools, and scalable processes that support business intelligence needs.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
• Deliver strategic solutions that inform decision-making and support sustainable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related areas preferred.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI.
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong understanding of business processes, marketing analytics, and customer research.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.
• Natural curiosity and ability to synthesize data from diverse sources to uncover novel insights.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% as required.
