eSentio is seeking a VP of Global Sales to build the sales structure, operations, and team for its scaling organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive builder and strategist with experience selling professional services into large law firms and a strong grasp of the legal technology landscape.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, with at least 5+ years in a sales leadership role in professional services and consulting for legal technology
- Proven track record of driving enterprise B2B sales cycles from prospecting through close, particularly with large law firms or corporate legal departments
- Deep familiarity with the legal services and legal tech space, including key buyer personas (CIOs, COOs, Managing Partners, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale a sales organization, with strong experience in team management, territory planning, and quota setting
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with fluency in CRM systems, sales dashboards, and performance reporting
