Client Success Specialist

Guidewell Education is seeking a Client Success Specialist to manage the onboarding experience for new families. The role focuses on providing support to clients, leading sales, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and passionate about guiding families through their service journey. The specialist will be a key partner in establishing a positive relationship with ESM Prep. It's a full-time position with 9 am to 5:30 pm core hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in a client-facing or administrative role
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
• Reliable internet access
