About The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to support the operational execution of Panasonic Well's services. This role is ideal for an organized professional who excels at implementing processes, managing resources, and coordinating cross-functional workflows within established operational frameworks.

As Operations Manager, you'll execute end-to-end operational processes that support our hybrid AI plus Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) coaching services, ensuring seamless integration between digital products, real-time support, and strategic partnerships. You'll work within company policies and established procedures to manage schedules, resources, and operational priorities while developing tactical solutions to diverse operational challenges.

What You’ll Get To Do:

Operational Process Execution

  • Execute operational frameworks and processes for core business functions and HITL workflows based on functional plans
  • Implement strategic initiatives from Product, Partnerships, and leadership teams according to established procedures
  • Monitor and track operational KPIs to maintain performance standards and service quality
  • Manage vendor relationships and service providers within established guidelines, ensuring compliance and SLA adherence
  • Deploy and optimize operational tools and platforms to support workflow efficiency

Partnership Operations Support

  • Support the Partnerships team by implementing partner agreements into trackable operational workflows
  • Execute onboarding, integration, and delivery processes across various partner types (coaching networks, wellness systems, wellness brands)
  • Follow operational playbooks and SOPs to ensure consistent service execution
  • Monitor partnership operations and escalate performance issues to appropriate stakeholders

HITL Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations for HITL, including escalation protocols, and quality assurance
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards across coaching and HITL services
  • Execute escalation pathways and workflows for complex cases requiring human intervention

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Support operational implementation of product roadmap initiatives through collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Coordinate with Marketing on campaign rollouts and service delivery operations
  • Support operational readiness for feature launches, working with QA, support, and training teams

Team Coordination

  • Oversee operational team members, providing guidance on project complexities and daily operations
  • Support resource allocation and capacity planning within established frameworks
  • Foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration within the team

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of operations experience with Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years with Master's degree
  • Proven experience implementing operational processes in multi-stakeholder environments (wellness, digital health, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong process execution skills and ability to work within established systems and frameworks
  • Experience with HITL or hybrid AI-human service models is a plus
  • Proficiency with operational platforms (Airtable, Salesforce, Zendesk, Asana, Intercom) and basic data workflows
  • Strong tactical execution skills with attention to detail and process adherence
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to manage diverse operational issues while following established procedures

Grade level and salary ranges are determined by the scope and complexity of the role, along with a review of the applicant’s experience and skills, alignment with geographic market data, and equity with other team members. The salary range for this position is $115,400 – $144,200, excluding additional compensation such as company bonuses and/or multi-year grants.
