We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales & Partnerships Manager to join our team and help launch a new product in Poland. As a key driver in this pivotal launch, you'll identify, develop, and grow strategic accounts, build referral networks, and establish strong relationships with hospitals and KOLs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in specialty care, ophthalmology, hematology, rare disease
  • Good practical understanding of RDTL, implementation of the Drug Program
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and territory development
  • Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
  • Relationship builder, trusted by HCPs and stakeholders alike
