Director Supplier Trust & Compliance

Microsoft is seeking a Director of Supplier Trust & Compliance to lead a team that ensures suppliers understand and adhere to Microsoft's privacy, security, and responsible AI standards. This role involves strategic leadership, communication with stakeholders, and driving improvements to compliance processes, ultimately contributing to Microsoft's reputation and ensuring successful audits and certifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in business, legal/regulatory, compliance, audit/consulting, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years experience in business, legal/regulatory, compliance, audit/consulting firm
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification OR an International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Privacy Professional certification OR American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) qualified auditor
