Product Manager

At PetsApp we're doggedly determined to make veterinary care purrfect. We provide an app-based client communication and digital payments solution for veterinary clinics, enabling them to better engage with pet owners and better advocate for their patients. Our product includes role-based text chat, video consulting, appointment booking, push notification campaigns and digital payments. For clinics this means unclogged phone lines, improved in-patient updates, asynchronous discharge consultations, remote follow-ups, and more. We want to help clinics better serve pets and their owners while making life easier for veterinary teams.
Since PetsApp launched in January 2020 we've had enormous growth in the UK 🇬🇧 & the US 🇺🇸:

To expand on these efforts, we are looking for an intrinsically motivated, pioneering product manager. Entrepreneurially minded, you will thrive on the extent of the opportunity and be well placed to make your mark on new processes and ideas, particularly with regards to getting stuff done

You will be comfortable:

• Talking to customers and users to gain qualitative insights

• Using tools such as Metabase and Amplitude to extract quantitative data

• Scoping work

• Coordinating multiple stakeholders

• Managing projects to completion

This role is either London or home-based within a remote-first team, offering a flexible working environment.

You will work closely with our two founders, Thom (CEO) and Will (CTO), and report directly into Will.
