Job Description

• Manage product listings in Shopify (new products, inventory, fabrics, etc.)

• Take product photos and videos in-office

• Ensure inventory is tracked and updated accurately

• Properly label fabrics and items for clarity and organization

• Coordinate with the team to execute product uploads and updates

• Liaise with photographers and content creators for shoots

Requirements

• Knowledge of Shopify backend/admin and online store operations

• A good eye for detail and visual presentation (marketing sense is a plus)

• Minimum one year of relevant experience

• Receptive to feedback and collaborative with the team

• Strong work ethic aligned with startup culture

• Clear, prompt, and proactive communicator

• Able to work independently and closely with the team

• Freelance or business owner experience is a bonus

Salary and Setup

• Starts hourly-based; can transition to output-based

• Part-time or full-time

• Hybrid setup possible if performance is strong; training will primarily be onsite

• All terms negotiable depending on output and fit
