Content Formatting Specialist

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm GMT with an hour unpaid break
  

Responsibilities:

• Convert existing PowerPoint presentations (up to 100+ slides) from old templates to new brand templates
  
• Reformat Word documents and InDesign files according to updated style guidelines
  
• Rebuild slides with structural changes beyond simple aesthetic updates
  
• Redraw flat images and graphics as needed for template compliance
  
• Manage varying complexity tasks ranging from quick 10-second updates to hour-long detailed reconstructions
  
• Maintain quality standards while working efficiently through high-volume production work
  
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables meet client specifications
  
• Work within established timelines and project milestones
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe InDesign
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
  
• Experience with template design and formatting consistency
  
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
  
• Fluent English communication skills
  
• Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
  
• Flexibility to work UK business hours
  
• Experience with graphic design and image editing capabilities
