This role involves full-cycle recruitment, partnership with external recruiting firms, managing talent pipelines, and ensuring a diverse and equitable candidate pool. Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Experience drafting job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment rubrics.
  • Strong knowledge of equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Experience collaborating with leadership teams.
