People Operations Internship

Aily Labs, a rapidly growing startup democratizing AI, seeks a People Operations Intern to build and scale People Analytics capabilities. This role will focus on turning data into a strategic lever for growth, engagement, and performance, supporting the PeopleOps team in building an analytics stack and tracking key metrics. It's a unique opportunity at the intersection of People, Data, and AI in a fast-growing Decision Intelligence company.

Requirements

• Strong interest and skills in data analysis and AI-driven decision making
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, basic data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Interest or experience in HR data, workforce planning or organizational analytics
• Curiosity about how organizations grow and develop talent
• Open mindset, proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
• Good communication skills — ability to turn data into clear insights
• Must be business fluent in English
