Requirements
- RIBO license (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) is required.
- Minimum of two years' sales experience, preferably in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
- Proven track record of overachieving sales targets in a high-pressure, quota-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities is a must.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
