Python Engineer (PX)

At Param Group, we are building the group’s central platform on a cutting-edge tech stack - from microservices and streaming to applied AI - to deliver speed, reliability, and intelligence.

We’re now hiring Python Engineers. You’ll work closely with Product Analysts, Architects, and fellow Engineers to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services that power financial solutions across Europe. From architecture to deployment, you’ll take ownership of services that handle millions of transactions and keep our platform running smoothly.

Your future challenges:

• Develop and maintain Python applications.

• Design and deliver reliable, readable, and maintainable code.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Implement new features, perform code reviews, provide technical support, and resolve bugs.

• Contribute to system architecture design and create technical documentation.

• Actively participate in code reviews and help improve overall engineering standards.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, both verbally and in writing, regarding technical solutions and project progress.

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience as Software Developer.

• Should have an experience with fintech processes and big plus knowledge of cards issuing/processing.

• Clean coding methodologies (SOLID, YAGNI).

• Fluency in SQL, Python, Unix/bash scripting.

• Ability to write easily understandable and maintainable code in multiple programming languages.

• Experience with SQL databases {PostgreSQL, MySQL}.

• Good understanding and working knowledge of Django.

• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.

• Experience in working in cross-functional teams is an advantage.

• English at a minimum B2 level.
