Lead Analyst - Outage Support Services

Requirements

• Perform expert oversight of Bid to Bank related functionality
• Facilitate resolutions of complex CATS payroll issues
• Facilitate resolutions of complex invoicing reconciliation and support
• Provide liaison analytics with rate management and union finance
• Perform Root cause under/over payment analysis / problem solving
• Troubleshoot and resolve EP1 systems, interfaces and process issues
• Provide SME (Subject Matter Expert) support for Union/Non-Union Audits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders
• Lead team support and foster collaboration
• Lead testing activities for 9114 related SAP Mods/Enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their goals
• Lead Team support
