Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Create and schedule high-quality content including posts, videos, and reels consistently across all platforms
  • Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages
  • Coordinate with UGC (User Generated Content) actors and plan how to effectively utilize their content
  • Conduct influencer outreach and establish connections with relevant personalities in the health and fitness space
  • Join and actively participate in relevant groups and communities to increase brand visibility
  • Create engaging captions and content that resonates with health-conscious and fitness-focused audiences
  • Monitor trends and adapt content strategy to leverage what’s currently popular
  • Send targeted email and message blasts through various platforms to establish new connections
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate organic social media efforts with existing paid advertising campaigns
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing social media for health, fitness, or wellness brands
  • Strong understanding of organic growth strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Experience creating engaging video content and reels
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
  • Ability to write compelling captions that drive engagement
  • Experience with influencer outreach and community management
  • Understanding of health-conscious and fitness-focused target demographics
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating on strategic direction
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and growth metrics
