Systems Administrator, Integrated Solutions

Twilio is seeking a Systems Administrator, Integrated Solutions to support internal platforms by managing, configuring, and optimizing Atlassian (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket) and ServiceNow platforms. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering Atlassian tools in an enterprise environment
• 1+ years of experience administering ServiceNow platform
• Deep expertise in Jira Software and Jira Service Management administration
• Strong knowledge of Confluence space management, templates, and governance
• Proficiency with Atlassian REST APIs, scripting (Python, Groovy, or JavaScript), and automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, how they integrate with tools, and Agile/ITIL/DevOps frameworks
• Excellent communication skills
