Requirements

You would be a great fit for this position if you are familiar with:

• Preferably background from the airline industry (reservations, inventory systems, passenger management, ticketing, revenue management, loyalty and reward systems)
• Domain knowledge from the airline industry (airlines, hotels, travel agencies, car rental)
• Technical skill and Knowledge: PSS, Order Manager, XML/JSON, JIRA, Confluence, ATPCO
• Jira, Confluence, MS Office applications
• Agile-based methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
• REST API
• Some knowledge with the use of AI tools

Responsibilities:

Here are all the things you’ll get to do on the project:

• Identification and documentation of business needs for the significant players in the airline industry
• Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process description, use cases, scenarios, tasks, and workflow analysis
• Definition of a roadmap (product vision) and documentation of changes
• Change Requests – scoping and planning, Solution Documentation – preparation
• Close cooperation with the Architects, Developers
• Active participation in the refinement and planning sessions
• Creation of the context diagrams, flows, and activity diagrams
• Managing system rules (Amadeus, Sabre), and ensuring smooth operations for customer service, revenue, and efficiency.
