(Senior) Sourcing Manager Open Access Partnerships (m/w/d)

Plusnet GmbH is a German telecommunications company focused on business customers, with a strong focus on networking infrastructure and access to fiber optic networks. The company is expanding its fiber optic network and ecosystem, seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager (m/f/d) to build partnerships and manage access to network infrastructure. This role involves strategic acquisition, negotiation, and development of cooperative models.

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics, communication, engineering or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in network provisioning, carrier management or platform cooperation models
• Proven negotiation experience with network operators at a decision-making level
• Solid knowledge of fiber optic products, Wholebuy, Bitstream, BSA, Layer-2-accesses and Open Access
• Experience in the integration of external networks on platforms (e.g. Netbridge, Vitroconnect, Open German Fibre Platform)
• Excellent project management skills in complex, cross-functional setup
• Very good knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Teams
• Ability to create robust business cases, decision templates and network portfolio analysis
• Secure English skills in speech and writing
