Project Manager - Osapiens/EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) - Contract - Fully

Macmillan Publishers is seeking a Project Manager to support the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and production team's EUDR Compliance initiative. This role focuses on the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the EUDR compliance program, aiming to minimize business risk and uphold Macmillan's commitment to sustainability. Key responsibilities include program leadership, supply chain due diligence, system implementation, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, Business, IT, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification are highly preferred.
• Strong experience in supply chain management, procurement, and/or manufacturing processes within a consumer goods or publishing context.
• Knowledge or experience with supply chain compliance SaaS platforms (e.g. Osapiens HUB, Tracex, etc.) would be advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
