The successful Product Support Specialistwilldemonstratea familiarity of the automotive industry focusingonvehicle make and models,vehicle systems andparts, and theirfunctionalrelationships.Youmust be an effective communicatorwithstrongwrittenandverbalskills.Keysto successin this role includeknowledgeand experiencein the following areas:
Automotive repair and replacement partsindustry.
Self-starter,independently improving working methods and practices.
Abilitytomulti-taskandadaptableto shifting priorities.
Maintain Service Level Agreement for inbound support requests.
Conduct regular catalog quality assurance reviews and corrections.
Submit catalog updates while adhering to the Best Practices and Standards.
Communicate with external trading partners to resolveproductconcerns.
External catalog publication in the Autocare.org standard
2+years of experiencewithin the automotive parts or repair sector
Familiarity with Autocare.org standardized data.
Experience in MS SQL, MS ACCESS, or similar database mining language.

$79,200.00 - $141,500.00Compensation Frequency:
AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
