Zayo is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician to monitor the health of the entire network and support Service Assurance Repair in a 24x7x365 environment.
Zayo is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician to monitor the health of the entire network and support Service Assurance Repair in a 24x7x365 environment.
Requirements
- Understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP signaling, network QOS, IP routing, Ethernet switching
- Understanding of IP Routing fundamentals (to include IPV4 and IPV6)
- Working knowledge of legacy telecom transport equipment and services (SONET, Muxes, DACS)
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a telecommunications technician or related discipline
- CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP, Adtran ATSA, Adtran ATSP, Juniper JNCIA and/or Juniper JNCIP certifications
