  • Drive cross-functional collaboration among System Architecture, Signal Integrity, Advanced Development, and product engineering teams to accelerate innovation cycles.
  • Facilitate technology handoffs to Product Development Engineering teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Partner with Mechanical and Signal Integrity teams for concept validation through simulations, prototyping, and functional testing.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with manufacturing and supply chain teams to assess early-stage design feasibility and project viability.
  • Develop project schedules, allocate resources, manage budgets, and track progress using formal project management methodologies.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, and manage stakeholder expectations through regular reporting and project reviews.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Master’s degree in Engineering with 5–10 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience managing distributed, multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of Toll Gate / Stage-Gate processes in product development.
  • Strong stakeholder management, requirement management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of communicating across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in project planning, execution, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Preferable: Exposure to Agile Project Management, PMP or equivalent certification, experience in terminal/connector industry, knowledge of regulatory approval processes (UL, CSA, CQC, VDE).

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $116,500 – $174,000, dependent on experience and location.
  • Total compensation includes base salary, incentives, and benefits.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative projects in a global, cross-functional environment.
