Associate Director, Budgeting and Reporting

Equality Now is seeking an Associate Director, Budgeting and Reporting to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of their global budgeting and reporting processes. This role focuses on ensuring budgets align with priorities, are compliant, and are effectively monitored across regions. Requirements

• Deep knowledge of nonprofit finance and accounting principles
• Strong expertise in organizational-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for global, multi-office NGOs
• Familiarity with donor compliance frameworks, restricted grants, and international funding mechanisms
• Understanding of project management principles
• Fluency in English (with Spanish, French, or Arabic)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience supervising multi-regional staff
• Strong influencing and listening skills
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational detail
