Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a hybrid sourcing/coordination role
- Strong proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Ashby
- Exceptional scheduling and organizational skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for candidate outreach, creative sourcing strategies, and building pipelines from scratch
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of empathy, professionalism, and judgment when interacting with candidates and teammates
- A systems-minded approach
