ThePre-Sales Cold Caller will be responsible for receiving leads from applicantsinterested in this job contacting truckowner-operators, and generating detailed profiles from the leads that are recieved. The Pre-Sales Cold Caller must complete a minimum of 15 profilesdaily and perform 150+ calls per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage leads provided by the company.
  • Make outbound calls to truck owner-operators.
  • Gather necessary information to create detailed profiles.
  • Ensure a minimum of 15 profiles are completed each day.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with the recruitment team for seamless lead transitions.

Required Qualifications:

1.Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of phone sales or customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred.

2.Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet daily targets.
  • Attention to detail for accurate profile creation.

3.Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.

KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Complete a minimum of 15 profiles per day.
  • Maintain an 85% accuracy rate in profile information.
  • Respond to leads within 24 hours of receipt.

Compensation:

  • Base salary with potential for performance-based incentives. ($225.00 Weekly)

OtherRequirements:

  • Reliable internet and phone connection (for remote work).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing lead volumes and priorities.
