Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise technology services with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in establishing and managing technology partnerships that drive measurable revenue
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills
• Experience with co-selling, co-marketing, and joint go-to-market execution
• Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives
• Global or multi-region partnership experience is a strong plus
