Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in content production, education programs, or project management
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian K-12 curriculum and classroom realities
• Proven experience managing end-to-end content production
• Experience working with internal teams, local educators, reviewers, and external contributors or vendors
• Highly organized and execution-focused
• Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment around content quality
• Ability to communicate clearly and reliably
