Studio Director, ISX3 (Games)

Netflix is seeking a Studio Director to oversee the production of new and existing game titles. The Studio Director will collaborate with NVGS to shape the future of Party games, focusing on social engagement and innovation. They will report to the General Manager of the Party/Couch games vertical and will manage all aspects of game development, including project vision, resource allocation, team management, and operational processes.

• 15+ years of game industry experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Stellar communication skills
• Strong ability to manage production and budget
• Understanding of agile methodologies
• Deep knowledge of project management
