The Role

Are you eager to kick-start your career in logistics within a purpose-driven, innovative biotech environment? This is your chance to be part of the effort in supporting the development of life-changing antibody therapies for cancer patients.

Our Development Materials (DM) team, part of the CMC Science & Technologies department, plays a vital role in ensuring that high-quality critical materials are available for the advancement of Genmab’s therapeutic programs. Within this team, the Logistics sub team ensures these materials are tracked, distributed, and documented with precision and care.

As our new Research Associate colleague, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in lab logistics and inventory management, collaborating closely with multiple departments involved in antibody development. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous improvement, making a direct impact from day one.

This 6-month opportunity (with potential for extension depending on the future needs of the organization) is ideal for someone with a science or logistics background (MBO/HBO level), looking to apply their skills in a meaningful way. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding requests and updates, working together to achieve shared objectives.
• Report critical batches to the CMC inventory.
• Maintain the CMC inventory and handle issuance of batches to requesters.
• Optimize and improve logistics operations to promote efficient and timely delivery of requested materials and services.
• Manage Inventory: Maintain precise records and process incoming and outgoing shipments with proper documentation.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly and effectively.
  

Requirements

• MLO/HLO degree or equivalent; relevant industry internship experience considered an advantage.
• Experience working in a laboratory setting according to established procedures.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality results and familiarity with operating under a quality system.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Background in logistics and proficiency with logistics software and supply chain management are strong assets.
• Strong teamwork abilities and effective English communication skills.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities and variable workloads, with a service-oriented approach.
