Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Spring Health is looking for experienced, licensed mental health professionals to join our growing provider network. In this full-time role, you'll deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals seeking accessible, high-quality care — with a focus on impact, not admin work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods

• Complete clinical assessments and support clients through risk situations

• Document notes clearly and on time

• Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless client support

• Participate in training, team discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

What Success Looks Like

• Managing a full caseload (~30 sessions/week) with strong client retention

• High client satisfaction through strong therapeutic relationships

• Consistent and timely clinical documentation

• Active participation in team learning and development
