We’re looking for a builder—a leader who thrives in the trenches and knows how to scale. As Mid-Market Sales Manager, you’ll lead and grow a high-performing team of AEs, build the processes to scale fast, and help define what world-class mid-market sales execution looks like in a new, high-velocity category.
Expand our mid-market AE team from 4 to 8 reps immediately, with the systems and structure to grow to 16–20 reps
Hire, ramp, coach, and retain high-output reps who can close 10+ deals/month
Run weekly pipeline reviews, call coaching sessions, and strategy sprints
Stay hands-on—join customer calls, close deals, and lead from the front
Drive team performance against aggressive revenue targets and hiring plans
Build the foundational processes for recruiting, onboarding, forecasting, and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to influence roadmap and positioning
Be a domain expert on AI-first brand visibility, search behavior, and marketing trends
Establish executive-level trust with CMOs and senior marketing leaders
5–8 years of SaaS sales experience, with 2–4 years managing mid-market teams
Proven ability to scale headcount and revenue simultaneously
Obsessed with coaching, rep performance, and process—but not afraid to get your hands dirty
Experience operating in high-velocity, competitive environments
Comfortable selling into VP and C-level buyers, especially in marketing or brand functions
Builder’s mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and systems-oriented
Deep understanding of AI, marketing tech, SEO, or digital strategy is a plus
