  • Write titles, descriptions, tags, and chapters for long-form videos
  • Produce 5 Shorts per week, including writing hooks for Shorts/Reels
  • Schedule, publish, and manage YouTube content
  • Post Shorts to YouTube and Instagram
  • Maintain a simple content calendar
  • Reply to YouTube comments and engage with the community

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Review performance metrics (CTR, retention, watch time)
  • Track early baseline metrics and identify trends
  • Analyze existing content formats and suggest improvements
  • Monitor audience questions and feedback
  • Surface content ideas from comments and engagement data

Tertiary Responsibilities

  • Research Pokémon TCG topics and trends
  • Identify high-signal themes (sets, cards, market narratives)
  • Propose A/B testing ideas as the channel grows
  • Light Reddit participation (sharing YouTube links and engaging in comments)

Requirements

      • Strong understanding of YouTube growth, SEO, and analytics
      • Experience launching or managing YouTube channels
      • Ability to write compelling hooks, titles, and captions
      • Experience with scheduling, publishing, and basic social media execution
      • Comfortable working with performance metrics and optimization
      • Knowledge of Pokémon / Pokémon TCG is required
      • Social media experience beyond YouTube is a plus
      • Fluent in English and strong written communication skills
      • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently

      • Experience with YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok
      • Basic design sense for thumbnails
      • Familiarity with Reddit communities related to Pokémon or collectibles

  • Salary: USD $1,600–$1,900/month
  • Schedule: Must be active around the time videos are published
