Grow Therapy is seeking a People Analytics Senior Manager to join their People team, operating within their Talent Enablement framework. This role will focus on building and operationalizing a scalable analytics infrastructure, generating insights into the employee lifecycle, and partnering with stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in People analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or similar roles
- Expertise in People tools (e.g., Rippling, Greenhouse, Carta)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets chops
- SQL or Python experience is a plus
- Proven ability to influence decisions using data
- Comfort operating autonomously and managing competing priorities
