This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Ava Labs. We are currently looking for a Growth Lead - Core in North America.

This role is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to drive the adoption, engagement, and retention of a leading Web3 wallet platform. The Growth Lead will own the end-to-end growth strategy, combining community engagement, partnerships, incentives, and product-led initiatives. You will translate user insights into actionable plans that enhance the product experience, working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams. The position requires a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, the ability to execute campaigns quickly, and the capability to measure and optimize growth initiatives. This role balances strategic thinking with tactical execution and is ideal for a self-starting, crypto-native operator passionate about Web3.

Accountabilities

  • Own and scale the wallet’s growth strategy, including user acquisition, retention, and community-led initiatives.
  • Act as the voice of the broader ecosystem, turning user insights, trends, and feedback into product and growth improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute go-to-market plans for new product features and enhancements.
  • Lead strategic partnerships across dApps, protocols, NFT communities, DeFi projects, and cross-chain platforms to drive integrations and campaigns.
  • Develop community-led growth loops such as referral programs, ambassador networks, and power-user initiatives.
  • Monitor emerging narratives and ecosystem trends, ensuring the product remains ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize the wallet experience for trust, retention, and usability.
  • Define KPIs, implement tracking, and run experiments to measure and drive continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record growing Web3 products, ideally wallets, with a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
  • Highly embedded in Web3 culture, active across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, or Farcaster.
  • Hands-on experience with token incentives, DeFi, NFTs, and ecosystem growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to pitch partnerships, engage communities, and translate user feedback into actionable strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute campaigns tactically, balancing long-term vision and immediate action.
  • Familiarity with technical partnerships, DevRel, or light scripting (Solidity, Rust, or analytics tools like Dune / Flipside).
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with top-tier crypto startups, wallets, DAOs, or ecosystem growth teams.
  • Proven track record building growth funnels for DeFi, L1/L2s, infrastructure projects, or NFT products.
  • Meaningful presence or influence within the Web3 community.
